Bug:PDORemovePeriod Default Vaule is 0
PDORemovePeriod default value was 20 until Windows 2012R2.
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj649804(v=wps.630).aspxBut PDORemovePeriod default value of MSDSM is 0 on Windows 2016 TP5.
When there is not PDORemovePeriod value of MSDSM on registry tree, PDORemovePeriod value of MPIO on registry tree is used for MSDSM until Windows 2012R2.
The movement when all paths are disable is changed between Windows 2012R2 an Windows 2016TP5.
Multipath I-O Test (LOGO) of HLK of 3rd party dsm is also affected.
1 voteAs mentioned by lee in comments, this is a bug that was identified and fixed in a later build.

Hello,

Cookies are broken in IE for TP 5
When Installing VS 2015 it requires cookies. In TP5 IE cookies are disabled and there is not way to enable them.
1 voteThe IE cookies issue is a known issue that our Engineering team has fixed after TP5 and will be available in RTM.

Legal Banner Breaks RDP in Srv2016
Our corp requires that a legal banner be displayed prior to all logins. This is controlled through a GPO. When I joined a Server 2016 Preview 2 machine to our domain, I could still log in via the console, but RDP connections would fail. The connection would be established and the legal banner would display, but as soon as you click "OK" on the banner, the RDP session quit. The only way to make RDP work that I have found was to remove the reg keys for the banner.

Regardless: thanks for reporting this bug to us. It was confirmed in the TP2 build and confirmed fixed in later internal builds.
