RDP / Terminalserver: Allow Drag & Drop. Finally.

You know, Drag & Drop is a useful feature.
It's annoyoing, that RDP does not support Drag & Drop from / to the remote session.

p.s. due to protocol limitations file transfer is pretty slow using RDP. Please also take care that the connection between your computer and the remote RDP are encrypted (not by default in a non domain enviroment) so everything you type and transfer is clear text.

alternatively cut and past (clipboard) already does work, except you are using Hyper-V Remote-FX GPU, then "extended session mode" is disabled.
