Microsoft Remote Desktop is useless **** tool for end users.
Microsoft remote desktop is too hard to configure and you are restricted to controlling one end users computer no good in modern day world where access should be simple process between the host and receivers with only security being the main concern.
Add security feature can be pin code of 16 digit or password that the end user sets up.
Microsoft need to look at how team viewer is set up but without the restrict to 6 users it should be multiple use to a max of 10 device home users,
With idle time out of 40 minutes of non use and ability to restart or log off and log back in into the receiver computer or computers by the host when updating and or installing software for the receiver and ability to auto reconnect upon log in to the receivers computer.
it should have ability for the receiver to disconnect, send and receive message and or chat via microphone with the ability to swap files to the public down load folder only. or assigned folder D:\Myswap for swapping files between computer to prevent accidently swapping files to the wrong location.
example putting file under the c:\windows.
Microsoft if users want to access more computers each additional computer costs $1.00 USA to access per week or subscription for $50 for 2 weeks to get grant access to 15 computers for home users only.
other wise you have to purchase a commercial license for 20 licenses over 2 years for business owners and up to 1 million computers for companies at the cost Microsoft sets.
Home users register there computers for remote desktop access using their emails which is assigned a code from Microsoft so they can setup there remote desktop app when they have change computer system due to a crash can transfer there registration via there email to deregister and transfer their system to their new computer setup and wait 1 hour for the new setup to be accepted and old system removed from the list,
You can register as both host and receiver to max of 10 free for 2 years in total after 2 years you must pay Microsoft a fee of $20 for every year after that you wish to use remote desktop multi- user app which is access via the windows store.
Part of the access you can place the apps freely upon mobile phone to receive and access computer anyway in the world free of charge upon registering your mobile phone number where you lose or swap phones you need first deregister the old phone and register the new mobile phone.

While I believe this post borderlines on ranting (plus some of these requests apply to Windows Intune), advancements in unified remote managements means is welcome.
