Microsoft Remote Desktop V10 for MAC keyboard changes when laptop sleeps and is brought back up
On my Macbook Pro, since I installed the latest Microsoft Remote Desktop V10, if I put the Mac to sleep and come back, keystrokes change from normal keystrokes to function keys. For instance the "d" key, instead of typing a "d" now toggles the show desktop on and off. In order to get the keyboard back I have to "Sign off" the Remote Desktop and Sign back in. Is there a setting to fix this as this defeats the purpose of using a Remote Desktop to preserve something you are working on.
Mac OS = High Sierra Version 10.13.6.
Note the mouse remains functional throughout the issue.
I love the new layout to version 10 but since the keyboard is basically non-functional after I lock the screen and come back it is to me unusable. I am going back to V8 even if it will be deprecated tomorrow.
Microsoft should have done more extensive testing on this. I guess people were not really using V10.

Note Microsoft Remote Desktop V8 does not have this issue. Same laptop.
