Where do Windows Server 2019 Evaluation users get FOD ISO Image?
The following document says "The Server FOD ISO image file is available on the Microsoft Evaluation Center or on the Visual Studio portal for subscribers."
FDO iso image was available from the Evaluation Center in early October 2018, but it is not found on the download site of the Windows Server 2019 evaluation re-released in January 2019. Therefore, it is not possible to get FOD iso image unless it is a Visual Studio subscribers or VL users ?

I found download link "Lean about FOD" on Evaluation Center. However, it is hard to understand that the download link is "Learn about FOD". Are there many people misunderstanding the link to the document?
