Windows Catalog Update currently does not allow downloading of KBs. Normally, a download button is available beside each KB file. However, this is not the case today. You would need to add each KB to cart before you can download the file and a pop-up window asking for the location on where you would like to save the file will appear. however, no matter how many times you click the browse button, nothing happens. in my perspective, the previous interface is better and actually works compared to the current setup today.
