A configurable Hyper-V console buffer setting, allowing to review console history for text based consoles (Linux).
Howdy. This is already possible in WS2016 Hyper-V (or any WS2016 or Windows 10 variant). The PowerShell console buffers and remembers your previously run commands and this will survive restart of the console or the computer itself.

Ned - Thanks for your response. I'm not referring to a command buffer, but an output buffer...what a Linux system sends to the console (console messages). As an example, let's say the system crashed. When it comes back up, going back through the console history/buffer will allow us to see what messages the OS may have sent sent to the console at the time of the crash. Is that capability there in WS2016?
