Hyper-V Server 2019 is missing the Remote Desktop Virtualization Host feature
Previous versions of Hyper-V Server included the Remote Desktop Virtualization Host (RDVH) feature. Installs from the June 2019 .ISOs don't have this feature.
"Add-WindowsFeature –Name RDS-Virtualization"
doesn't work.
Previous versions of Hyper-V Server included the RD Virtualization Host feature for VDI deployments. Please restore this capability.

As far as I know, the only reason Windows Hyper-V server exists is to run Hyper-VM virtual machines, especially those for RDVH, why would you remove that? Hyper-V Server seems useless now....

The decision to remove RDVH from 2019 Core is beyond asinine. To run a native MS VDI solution, you are forced to run the full GUI on your Hyper-V hosts. MS should be forcing everyone to Core, not finding ways for the larger footprint of GUI to stay around and be the crutch of every bad Windows admin.
