binding order powershell
binding order cannot be easily managed via powershell without registry manipulation of guids.
please make a sensible cmdlet
In Windows you can't actually manage binding order. Yes, there are commands to do so, but they are placebos. Binding order is managed solely by setting the upper and lower edge values.
In Windows 10/Windows Server 2016 the placebo capabilities were mostly removed.
