Nano server setup wizard / cmdlets
Setting up nano server is harder than it should be. Downloading a 3rd party scripts that you have to patch and fiddle around with is more trouble than most people are willing to deal with.
Please add a setup experience in server 2016 to create a nano image (not to nano itself) that allows you to add drivers and packages as well as setting up remoting and domain join blobs and create a vhdx file. This process should also be scriptable in powershell without additional downloads

Online documentation should also explain how to add in Network drivers through DISM or PowerShell DISM Cmdlets (It assumes the General OEM drivers cover all servers which they don't) but many general purpose Vendor drivers for Raid still work in Nano

I just read the TechNet article for setting Nano up on bare metal. I must admit that I don't get it? There is no OS on the newly configured RAID 1 array a normal host OS would go on. The instructions do not make it clear how we go about doing that!

Have a look at the official documentation, it comes with all the scripts required to build a nano server: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt126167.aspx#Anchor_0
