Nano server console to show/change network information
Similar to ESXi, Nano server needs a text based console option to show/change network information. The default 'console' screen should show FDQN and IP address. There should also be a text based option to reboot/shutdown the hosts. This is basic control of a nano server that should NOT be relegated to remote management tools.
With the release of Windows Server 2016, we have included the Nano Server Recovery Console in Nano Server. Please see TechNet for more details at https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server-docs/get-started/troubleshooting-nano-server.
Please don't name Nano Server console, Emergency Console, this implies that the only reason to use a console is during an emergency. Just console, or base console, or basic console. There are many practical reasons to check networking configuration and other basic setup/system configs that would not be emergency related.

At this point you cannot manage Nano server through the console.
You can use the SetupComplete.cmd to print information on startup like Hostname/Domain/IP etc in the console.
