[Deployment] [Multiple gateways] Central Administration Hub - Allow Honolulu to connect to servers through another Honolulu Gateway
For networks using NAT, allow adding a new server connection in Honolulu behind another Honolulu gateway.
On this page (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/manage/honolulu/honolulu#deployment-options), it would be a combination of the second and third illustrations of deployment options. One gateway would be on an isolated network and the other gateway, on a more accessible network, would be able to tunnel through the first gateway to get to the other servers.
Provide a 'Central Administration Hub' for Windows Admin Center gateways to securely communicate with. Useful for when multiple gateways for sites that aren't connected to have a single management point.

At the moment in a distributed environment you'd need either one big Honolulu gateway, or multiple ones.
Ideally you could "proxy" them for distributed site deployment without having to allow remote PS connections through firewalls etc to each server. For example, if a central Honolulu gw could issue PS commands to multiple downstream ones and proxy the activity.
Also the option of pulling this back into an Azure service would be nice, so that external access could be performed via Azure, rather than having the gateway directly internet facing.
