[Services] Add Log On As column to Services management.
We've had Description and Log On As columns in the windows desktop services applet forever. I oftentimes connect to a remote server and sort by Log On As to find our custom services (They run under a domain user service account)

This is fixed in WAC 1909

I'm guessing that Honolulu is doing a get-service right now, that would have to change to a Get-CimInstance -class win32_Service.
Though it *would* make sense that they would just start a CIMSession as soon as you clicked on a server from the home page.. Hmm.
If it is using Get-CimInstance now, then there's no excuse for not having that column available

It would be great if you could show the user a service is running under on the services screen.
