Would you just settle on one management strategy already?
Stop the endless spew of diverse management "solutions". Powershell needs to eat all other on-prem management solutions (Windows Admin Center, group policy, RSAT, MDOP, ...). Just pick one, make it comprehensive, make it good, and quit wasting my time asking me to learn hundreds of different management widgets.
UI with a powershell backend for first-timers.

this exists in:
Active Directory Administrative Center and WAC, yet non of them are fully feature complete
compared to ADUC = ADAC or Server Manager = WAC, so I certainly see your point and agree very much.
The problem I see that big companies do not use ADAC or other tools because everyone has built up a decent powershell only gui less solution, if they can afford it or buy this in.
Even Server Manager and ADAC have issues and drawbacks in 2020.
I have posted some of them here.
