Cluster Creation fails with 1910
When attempting to add two new Windows Server 2019 nodes with nothing else besides updates and one Management IP, I get this error message:
server01.domain.com not found, or the provided credentials don’t have access. Verify the name and credentials are correct, check that server is up, and then click Refresh to try again.
I changed the credentials to a Domain Admin account, added the account manually to local Administrators and tried other accounts as well. I was able to add each server as standalone servers to Windows Admin Center but the issue is only when I try to create the cluster from within Windows Admin Center.

Hi all and Happy new year 2020 !
I tried in vain to create a cluster with WAC and 2 VM on wich I installed Windows Server 2019 DataCenter.
I had installed FO cluster features manually.
Just in case, I ran the command given by Taka :
"Install-WindowsFeature –Name Failover-Clustering -IncludeManagementTools", but no change.
When I add my servers, they are found as OnLine.
But I get this error : "The provided domain user account credentials are not in the local Administrators group …". So I cannot continue.
As suggested, I added the domain admin account to the local admin group on both servers, but same issue.
I decided to create the cluster manually from the DC server to test my servers's configs, and it worked as expected.
So now, I can tell that the settings on both servers are OK.
I really don't understand what is the cause...
Any suggestion ? Maybe should I open a new subject ?
I needed to run Install-WindowsFeature –Name Failover-Clustering -IncludeManagementTools.

Cluster Creation fails with 1904.1
Not sure if it makes any difference but after installing the Failover Clustering feature, both are now reachable. My assumption was that this wizard would install all required features to create a cluster.
