Zip files created using Compress-Archive cmdlet don't contain folders
The Compress-Archive cmdlet doesn't seem to play nicely with other operating systems. When I use 7-Zip's "Test Archive" function on a zip created with Compress-Archive, the result shows no folders.
I have a more detailed explanation of the issue on the StackOverflow question I posted here:
This should be fixed this in the latest version of PowerShell 5.0 (available with WMF 5.0 and Windows 10 November Update). If you’re still running into problems, feel free to reply back here.
This issue still exists

This doesn't appear to be fixed as far as I can tell. I have Windows 10 Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.218) and I can still reproduce this issue. My understanding is that Windows 10 doesn't require WMF 5.0 which is why I can't find a download for it.
