BUG: Import-PSSession no longer works since Win 10 Anniversary Update
Seems to be since Win 10 Anniversary update recently, connecting to Exchange Online gives this error:
Import-PSSession : Could not load type 'System.Management.Automation.SecuritySupport' from assembly 'System.Management.Automation, Version=22.214.171.124, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35'.
https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/powershell/2016/08/23/powershell-dsc-broken-in-kb3176932/ has more information, thanks very much for the report.
Seems to be fixed now after applying KB3176938 and KB3176936 (available on Insider)

Also, for Exchange On-Premises remoting and Skype for Business Online. This is with a clean install of Windows 10 1607 on a new computer. There is no fallback (as some have suggested) of using -Version 2.0 when starting PoSh since I don't have the older components still on the system.
