    Bob, are you running behind proxy? And do you need credential to access your repo? What version of NuGet provider are you using? You can run Get-PackageProvider to get the info.

    The issue has been fixed and source code has been published to oneget.org. 1) If you are blocked right now you may git clone the code, build it via MSbuild or Visual Studio and try it out now; 2) Wait for our next WMF 5.1. Sorry I cannot tell you the exact date, but hope it's soon; 3)Wait for our next Windows release, e.g., the one after Windows Technical Preview 5 release in April.
