    Worse, if you need to delegate privileges on the imported certificate, the Manage Private Keys fails and no changes can be made to the permissions. Inevitably, you need to uninstall the certificate and use good ol' MMC to import the certificate and manage private keys (or use certutil).

    Bonus points if you could also tie into Azure App Servics, Azure Web Sites, and Azure DNS to retrofit or convert applications on-the-fly based on intelligent refactoring of the application. Could allow for App Service or Web Site to be vetted internally only (non-public IP), and wnen ready, flip a slider to cut site over for production-ready workloads in Azure.
