    Because of this issue, a powershell task in one of our TFS On Premise builds fails even if nothing is really logged to StdErr.

    I have tried installing 5.0 instead (trying to update from 3.0) and there is also a certificate issue.

    Do you have a workaround to install PowerShell 5.1 on a Windows 7 machine?
