Quicker & easier browsing/selection/administration with a logical construction. Personally, I find filtering to be an unnatural action.

The request is to create a HYPER-V cluster, not a SQL cluster. Removing AD from the equation would greatly simplify the deployment, configuration and cost of Hyper-V.

Somewhat agreed. I would like to see Cloud-tiering implemented at a higher level in the stack, because this would open up this solution to a much greater market. From the MSFT perspective, adding cloud-tier into Windows Server would sell waaaay more Azure storage account capacity than StorSimple ever will.

Actually, we need more than is with USB currently. That's why I have said "not just Hyper-V Server" and "not just OEMs getting support". Customers want support to deploy WS2016 Hyper-V -themselves- without the assistance of OEMs.
