https://github.com/microsoft/baselinemanagement might be useful. It explicitly has “ConvertFrom-GPO”. It doesn’t support all GP resources yet, though.

But the strange this is that there is already a WSMAN/* SPN which should be used instead. Then there will be no conflict with the HTTP ones.Henri supported this idea ·

The PnpDevice module contains some of the features available in Devcon.exe. If there are tasks that you cannot perform using it, please let us know what is missing, along with a basic comment of why you would use them.

That is actually normal behavior in CMD.EXE.
^ is the escape character which interpreted before winrs is called, so you need to escape it with another ^
