Why is this still an issue? Ryzen CPUs are mainstream for over 2 years now. For WSL2 people have to enable Hyper-V. For Docker too if they want to run containers the recommended way. I want to be able to start KVM-based VMs and I want to be able to do this without having to disable Hyper-V and use third-party software.
