I suggest MS only install updates and not programs that they think are great. I believe the word update explains itself and no where in the definition is there New product .
MS installed on my laptop a new program a couple of years ago and now I have a SUOER SERVER instead of a laptop that's mine for me to enjoy. The registry entries are 20 pages long and my device manager has 3 pages of devices. If I wanted to use my MP I couldn't because it is being used by guest to stream lord knows what to do with it lord knows what. I have worked for eighteen months to figure out what is going on with my laptop with no help from MS or HP or my router company or my isp. Oh they were all nice and when they hung up or got my email they thought what a poor lady to bad shes nuts just like my husband thought I was. I have never known a virus to retaliate against you for making a change in your computer. So MS stop downloading things into people's computers just because you like it and think its great because it has cost me two computers two hdd's some memory chips two routers and many frustrating arguments with my husband. I was not born in this computing age but I have had to learn the hard way about all this remoting **** and it's your fault for downloading a program into my laptop and I knew nothing about it much less how to use it. Now I can't even use my own laptop. I found the CIM XML and VM and Hyper V v2 v3 and Job and Ui and k?? and all that other lingo letters y'all are expounding on and want to see implemented in certain ways and I'm telling you - you are behind because my laptop does everything you are posting and tweeting about. It is quiet impressive but it's TOO BAD I DON"T WANT IT!! but what is worse is that there is no one out of all you people at MS that I have sent emails and request to that would help me. I didn't even get a response. Now I find out that has changed and now for free I can talk to a tech. We will see. The girl I chatted with in acct support sent me to sales support. So MS Please stick to updates because you are hurting people when you download something into their computer they don't know anything about. Automatic means just that so we don't think we have to watch you but you turned out to be something we do if we don't want our computers to get loaded with a bunch of trash that some rookie employee decided he or she liked and loaded onto the server to come into our life. NOT FAIR! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. I know we are small fish in your big sea it is obvious the difference in the time put in here as opposed to the private consumer pages but that doesn't mean that you should download whatever you want in our computers and then make it impossible to get help or I would not be here 18 months later.

I know my device manager works remotely. Who ever turned my laptop into a virtual server controls my device manager and if I try to uninstall the many adapters and bridges and controllers, oh and the fans and sleep buttons and lids and batteries and mice and speakers and game controllers etc... it ****** them off and they uninstall my adapter and mouse and then shut me out. Especially when I mess with the USB ports and the actual computer controllers.

Why can't you implement your Task Manager to do that. You can install any of the programs that you want to run in the background upon start up just give it a trigger and tell it what to run, then at log on of any user it should start right up and run until you trigger it to stop

All you have to do is o to BIOS and then System Configuration , chose security options or device security or open each one until you find the SD card boot option and check it and then ,move it up the list to where you want it to be in line then save changes. My hacker uses sd card and usb boot to boot directly to the SQL server the VM server and the Hyper V server. My laptop also has CIM-XML and CIM over HTTP. It has more streaming and connecting going on than the moon has dust. Com surrogate plays a big part and you must have every kind of adapter that there are ports. I even have wired connections to my laptop virtually. Go figure that. Its too bad I DON'T WANT ANY OF IT. It's most impressive.
