You could try Veeam there, it is more tolerant when using the replication feature. 30 days demo version to test should be enough.
Veeam can do this. Replica, and then "failover" using the replica as base, replicating the rest of it and switch over. If you need it for a migration scenario and thirty days is enough you can use the demo version.

Please get it done, at least for Server 2019 / Windows 10 1809+ and Zen2 based CPU. Missing Nested Virtualization is a sales blocker, for Microsoft AND AMD.
In the current state it fires conspiracy theories about Intel and Microsoft deliberately not doing it.
